ABDELCOM SERVICES LTD

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation; in that case, “you” refers to the organisation.

2. Service Description

ABDELCOM provides IT consultancy and AI-powered SaaS solutions, which may include cloud architecture, data services, software development, analytics, and AI features such as assistants/copilots. We may update or modify features from time to time. Some features may require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Taxes may apply.

• Trials & Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellations: You can cancel any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Plan changes take effect as described on our billing page; prorations may apply.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Webhooks: Subscription status is finalised by Stripe webhooks; we may adjust in-app limits accordingly.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No abuse of our infrastructure (e.g., rate-limit evasion, scraping beyond permitted scope, reverse engineering).
• Respect privacy and obtain consent where required when processing personal data.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You are responsible for backing up your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use trusted providers such as Google Firebase (hosting/authentication/datastore) and Stripe (payments). Card details do not touch our servers.

8. Availability & Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Support channels and response times are outlined on our site.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service (including software, design, and trademarks) is owned by ABDELCOM or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or other IP.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. AI Features

Some features may use artificial intelligence (AI) models or third-party AI providers. Outputs may be probabilistic, and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and applying appropriate human oversight and safeguards.

You must not submit content that you do not have the right to process. Where required, implement human-in-the-loop review before taking consequential actions.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ABDELCOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABDELCOM AND ITS PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ABDELCOM harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
